Refund Policy

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product to the address below. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Returns Timeline

It takes about 10 days to receive your refund.

1. (1 day) After submitting a refund or exchange request through our system or by contacting us, we will notify you of the review result and provide you with a UPS return label within 24 hours.

2. (3-7 days) After you use the UPS return label to send the return package, it will take about 3-7 days for the package to arrive at our return address.

3. (3 days) We will wait for your package to arrive. We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. During this period, if we find any problems, we will contact you through your email, please pay attention to your email inbox.

Returns Process

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Find the order in my order and click the "return" or "Exchanges" button.
  3. Select the goods you want to return, explain the reason, and then submit.
  4. Select the return method: return with UPS return label. Print the return label and attach it firmly to the outside of the return package.
  5. Mail the package via the USPS or UPS location nearest to you.
  6. Wait for us to receive your return package and process the order for you, if you are refunding, we will refund you within 3 days. If you need an Exchange, we will re-ship the replacement product for you within 3 days. The processing result will be notified to you by email
  7. Awaiting your refund or exchange. 

Exchanges

Please refer to the Refund process for the replacement process.

You need to indicate the reason for the replacement, such as damage, stains, inappropriate size, etc.

If you need to change the size or style, please note in the replacement application, and we will replace it for you according to your note.

Returns Notes

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product to the address below. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. 

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

        Additional non-returnable items: 

  • - Gift cards 
  • - Some health and personal care items 

      
        There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving day.

It takes 3 days after we receive your return package to process your refund or exchange. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
